Questions
How long does a website take?
Most one-page sites are ready to review within a week of the deposit, once we have your logo, photos and service details.
Do I own my website?
You own your domain and your business email. If you ever leave, we hand over an export of your site.
Can I cancel?
Website care is month to month with 30 days' notice. Social media and the Dedicated Helpers plan have a 3-month minimum, because social takes a few months to show results.
What do I need to get started?
Your business name, what you offer, the area you serve, and any photos or logo you have. No logo yet? We can make one.
Do you post without asking me?
No. Every post waits for your OK before it goes out.
